This ready-to-use teaching guide introduces students to the basic concepts of green mobility, eco-driving and responsible travel choices through simple explanations, discussion, storytelling and interactive activities. It can be adapted for upper primary and secondary school students. Students do not need to be drivers; the focus is on awareness and mobility habits they can practise now and in the future.

Activity 1 – How Did You Get Here?
Purpose: Connect green mobility with students' own lives.

What Is Green Mobility?
Green mobility means moving people and goods in cleaner, more energy-efficient and sustainable ways while still meeting our travel needs.

What Is Eco-Driving?
Eco-driving means driving in a smoother, smarter and more energy-efficient way to reduce unnecessary fuel or energy use and emissions. Students may not drive yet, but they can observe these behaviours when travelling with adults and understand them as future road users.

Activity 2 – Myth or Fact?
Present common misconceptions about green mobility and eco-driving. Students vote MYTH or FACT and explain their answers.
Activity 3 – Learn with the Green Club
Introduce Dr. Azman and the Green Club. Read or discuss selected story situations that show real-life choices and solutions.
Activity 4 – The Green Journey Challenge
Give groups a journey scenario. Students decide how to make the journey greener using the guiding questions.

Activity 5 – Green
Mobility Detective
Students analyse a classmate's journey using a checklist:
- What is good already?
- What could be greener?
- Suggest at least two improvements.
EXTENSION
Students discuss how their school could support these changes.

Optional Class Challenge –
7-Day Green Journey Challenge
For one week, students take at least
one greener travel action or eco-drive
with adults.
Examples:
- Walk or cycle for a suitable short journey
- Use public transport
- Share a journey
- Plan and combine trips
- Notice good eco-driving
- Remind others to think about travelling
